bullvend.com is an informational website. The configurator, contact form and shop are used solely for non-binding enquiries. No purchase contract is concluded through the website and no payments are accepted. After submitting an enquiry, we will get back to you within 24 hours with an offer. A binding purchase contract is formed only through our express written confirmation (separate offer, invoice or works contract).

The BullVend logo, product line names (Bull Classic, Pro, Lift, Outdoor, Fresh & Frost, Barista, MilkStation), texts, graphics, photographs and source code of the website are protected by copyright and the trademarks of their owners. Any copying or reuse beyond ordinary browsing requires our written consent.

When using the website, you undertake:

• not to submit false, abusive or misleading information;
• not to disrupt the operation of the website (automated scraping, DDoS, API abuse, intrusion attempts);
• not to use the website to promote illegal content;
• to respect the rights of third parties referred to in the enquiry.

We reserve the right to block access without compensation for users who violate these rules.

We strive to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date. The configurator provides an indicative recommendation based on the answers entered. The final configuration, price and specification are confirmed in writing in the offer after a mutual consultation.

We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the website or any errors or delays in displaying content, nor are we liable for damage caused by relying solely on an automatically generated recommendation.

Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Consumer disputes may also be resolved out of court via the platform ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

TMB CAPITAL s.r.o. is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body (ARS). We prefer to resolve disputes through direct communication; as a consumer, you may also use the EU ODR platform linked above.
