About the Gelato line
Bull Gelato is not a freezer full of packaged ice cream. It keeps the ingredients chilled and mixes each serving after the order. It makes sense where people wait or come back: malls, water parks, pools, tourist zones. Ingredients, hygiene and cleaning have to be planned early, otherwise a good-looking machine becomes expensive work.
